3. Payment terms

Fees for any paid service are agreed with you before the engagement begins, and are explained clearly during your consultation and detailed analysis. Any applicable billing cycle and accepted payment methods are confirmed to you in writing before payment is due.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and understand that the effectiveness of our guidance depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of what you share.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Credapt.com's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for decisions made by lenders or credit bureaus.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
